Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Pinwheels

Today I thought you guys might enjoy one of my old stand-bys – These Bacon, Jalapeno and Cheese Pinwheels are so yummy and just the easiest thing to make! They’re made with Pillsbury Crescent Dough and they take just minutes to prepare and bake. I like to make a variation just as a fun lunch or snack (my kids love them), but they’re also a perfect finger food for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (or dough sheet, if you can find it)

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1-2 Tbsp diced Jalapenos

  • 5 slices crisp bacon, diced/crumbled

  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix cream cheese, bacon and jalapenos together in a small bowl and set aside.

  3. Roll out crescent roll dough and lightly press seems together to form a sheet.

  4. Layer ingredients evenly dough and roll lengthwise.

  5. Cut into 3/4" slices and place 2" apart on a foil lined cookie sheet.

  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until bread begins to brown.

  7. Allow to cool slightly before plating and serving.
